The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) is only conducting diaspora voting in 12 countries: Burundi, Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda, South Africa, the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States of America, South Sudan, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, and Germany.
Taking to social media, Herman Manyora, spread fake news about (IEBC) conducting an election in Australia.
Herman Manyora wrote: “Could this be a sign of things to come, a trend? Good morning.”
The fact check was made by Kenyan tabloids who debunked the fake claims.
