The teenager first caught the attention of authorities after he blew up a toilet at Rossmoyne Senior High School in 2022 when he was just 14 years old.
In terrifying footage, the teenager was seen throwing the homemade bomb into the toilet as two other boys cowered behind a bathroom wall.
He was put on a police terror watch list and faced disciplinary action at the school.
The teenager was forced to use a basic phone without internet and received weekly visits from officers as part of the deradicalization program.
