Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that popular Kikuyu Gospel singer, Esther Wanjiku, has died of pneumonia, which a source confirmed to Kossyderrickent this morning. (Read More Here).
Late Esther Wanjiku was popular for her hit song, Ndirira Githithi. You can’t attend an event in Kikuyu and you won’t get to listen to late Esther Wanjiku’s song.
According to a source says that Late Esther Wanjiku was rushed to Kiambu General Hospital where she passed away while receiving treatment for pneumonia.
“Gospel singer, Esther Wanjiku has died of pneumonia at Kiambu General hospital,” a source tells Kossyderrickent.
Esther Wanjiku was married to a popular Evangelist, Kamau Ebenezer and they both live at Ndumberi area of Kiambu County of Central Kenya.
She had other gospel songs, such as: Nyita Guoko Ngai (Lord hold my hand), Niujiguaga (you hear me). Kenyans have taken to social media to mourn the passing of their favourite gospel musician.
