Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that a close friend to Samkelo Samthing Soweto has finally spoken over his drastic weight loss yesterday. 

Taking to social media (Facebook and Instagram), Samthing Soweto, shared pictures of himself, which seemed like a mirror selfie. 

After taking the pictures, Facebook users began to mock him. Some were saying he’s a drug addict. 

Taking to his Facebook page, a close friend to the singer and vocalist, Vock, confirmed that Samthing Soweto isn’t sick, but he’s just on a weight loss journey probably for a new project. 

His close friend Vock speaks:
