Yesterday, England got defeated by Italy and it immediately led to abuses from the English fans to Italian fans and also to three men of colour; Rashford MBE, Saka and Sancho.
After the defeat, English fans who are racists rushed to the comment sections of Rashford, Sancho and Bukayo, to insult them by calling them “N*ggas” and calling them “apes and monkeys” through emojis.
Italian goalkeeper, Gianluigi Donnarumma is the first goalkeeper to be named Player of the Tournament at the Euros.
Immediately their comments began to go viral, black people and a few white people rushed to the comment sections to attack those racists. English FA later dropped an official statement on the racial discrimination experienced by the three English players yester night.
English FA wrote:
“The FA strongly condemns all forms of discrimination and is appalled by the online racism that has been aimed at some of our England players on social media. We could not be clearer that anyone behind such disgusting behaviour is not welcoming in following the team. We will do all we can to support the players affected while urging the toughest punishments possible for anyone responsible.”
