Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Wema bank workers have visited Davido in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, after making their bank trend on social media for two days. (Read More Here).
Recall that two days ago, Davido, took to his Instagram story to tell his friends and business associates to send him at least N1M to him for his birthday celebration.
According to Davido, he says he has helped them either with money, music collaboration or Internet promotions. Within five hours, he got over N100M from them and all the money was sent into his newly opened account with Wema bank.
Taking to Instagram story yesterday, Davido’s lawyer, Bobo, stated that Wema bank staff by name; Segun Adeniyi and T.J Bakare were sent to Dubai to meet Davido.
After sharing the information, fans began to say that Wema bank might as well sign Davido as its brand ambassador.
As the fundraiser got heated, Wema bank hopped on the trend and made a post online with the inscription, “Na bank wey Davido dey use we go dey use now.”
Just last night, however, Davido’s lawyer, Bobo, shared pictures of Davido and Wema Bank officials with the caption, “Wema Bank finally touch down from Lagos. Ent law life will have you doing meetings at the wildest hours.”
