Several passengers have been injured following a road accident along Nakuru- Kericho highway.
The accident occurred after the Ena Coach bus which was travelling from Nairobi overturned at Mau Summit.
Police officers and area residents rushed to the accident scene and helped other emergency officials to rescue passengers from the bus.
The cause of the accident was, however, not immediately established by the time of publishing.
“An accident involving a PSV has occurred at Mau Summit Junction along Nakuru-Eldoret Highway. 14 casualties have been evacuated to Londiani Hospital. The the operation is still on going,” Kenya Red Cross stated.
