This was contained public announcement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, which reads below:
“The attention of the Governor of Ebonyi State, His Excellency, Rt Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru has been drawn to a photograph circulating online as his official portrait.
“For avoidance of doubt, such photograph doesn’t not represent the official portrait of the Governor.
