Drake Bell, 36, and Janet Von Schemling, 28, could soon finalise their divorce after the actor’s estranged wife reportedly filed the documents yesterday.

The former Drake & Josh star had been married to Janet since 2018 after dating for five years and the pair had a son together, Jeremy Drake Bell.

Janet Von Schmeling has filed for divorce from her husband Drake Bell, according to legal documents.

The filing comes just one week after the former Nickelodeon star was found by police after being reported “missing and endangered”.

Janet and Drake tied the knot back in 2018 in a private ceremony, but will now be divorcing after almost five years of marriage.

The pair separated back in September, according to new legal documents, with Janet citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split.

Janet is thought to have moved back to Florida with their young son following the relationship breakdown.

The couple share two-year-old son Wyatt Bell, with Janet seeking primary and physical custody of their child. She is also seeking spousal support.

Sources had told Page Six in January that the couple had separated after the “Drake & Josh” alum was spotted huffing balloons in his car in the parking lot of a California vape shop while his young son sat in the back seat.

After having “had enough,” Von Schmeling moved to Florida with their son.

“They had some incredible beautiful times before. He needs to focus on being healthy, and they’ll be great co-parents in the future,” a source told us at the time.

“It’s a bad moment in time for Drake. But he is a great dad when he is healthy and sober.”
