Chadwick Boseman’s uncle, Tony Boseman, has been found, two days after he was first reported missing.

A Facebook post by the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that the late actor’s relative, who was last seen in the Boseman Road area at 3.30 PM on Sunday, was approximately half a mile away from his house when he was discovered by law enforcement officers before being “airlifted to a nearby hospital.”

“Just before 2 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office [and South Carolina Law Enforcement Division/SLED] teamed up and came across him on foot around half a mile away from his house — which is ironic because we’ve searched miles, but it’s understandable because it’s a wood area, almost like a wooden ditch,” ACSO Public Information Officer Shale Remien said.

“He has been reported missing a time or two here. We’re hoping that this is the last and they can come up with some sort of game plan moving forward,” Remien added. It’s believed that Tony was taken to the hospital after suffering from “severe dehydration,” though the statement concluded that with some quick medical attention, he should be back on his feet in no time. It still remains unclear where Tony was during the two days he had left his home.
