“Two days ago, on June 8th, my husband, Ben Potter, passed away in an unfortunate accident,” Nathalie’s statement began.

“To many of you, he was Comicstorian, voicing stories from across multiple different mediums. To his loved ones, he was one of the best and most supportive individuals anyone could ask for,” his wife’s heartfelt post read.

“His channel was one of his greatest accomplishments, and while we all need our time to mourn him, I know he wouldn’t want it to end like this,” she continued.

Nathalie says she and Potter’s team plan on continuing his channel, although it is unclear how.

Ben Potter’s YouTube channel, Comicstorian, had over 3 million subscribers.

His last video was posted on Friday and received over 44,000 views.

The video was titled, Why DC’s Reboots Beat Marvel.
