you’re afraid of arresting Java becoz he is a close associate of Mnangagwa. Remember in Jan you said you were investigating Java for wearing Police gear but nothing happened up to now. It’s obvious that ZRP won’t arrest Java for overspeeding & killing a pedestrian.

ZanuPf prophet Passion Java hit & killed a woman with his motorcade in Caledon,Harare.
He switched cars & fled the accident scene thus committing many offenses in the process.
He clearly depends on ZanuPf to rescue him from reckless driving,killing & fleeing the accident scene.
