“The Commission debated the issue of termination of pregnancy at length.
The Commission observed that the cases of unwanted pregnancies have grown at an alarming rate and furthermore that women often cross borders to terminate pregnancies or resort to illegal means of termination which often leads to death.
The Commission recommends that termination of pregnancy be legalized,” reads components of the constitutional review report.
