Ladies who receive money from men and fail to visit can be jailed for upto 5years – PRO. Dolapo Badmus.

Public Relations Officer of Nigeria police force, Opetola Dolapo Badmus has given Nigerian men strong powers to fight ladies in court, who refuse to visit them after sending them transport fare. PRO. Dolapo told Nigerian men that they can sue such ladies.

PRO. Dolapo tells this to Nigerian men: “Dear men, If a lady tells you to send money her money for transport to come over and you send her the cash and she decides not to visit you, and does not refund the money… You can refer to act 29 section 132 of the criminal code and file a code of defrauding by false pretence against her. She can be jailed for up to 5years. Know your rights my brothers.”
