How did Justin Wiki become a bodybuilder?


Justyn Vicky (died at 33) was born in 1990 in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. While not much is known about his early life, it is clear that he developed a passion for fitness from a young age. Starting as a lean individual with the desire to become fit and bulky, he gradually shifted his focus to professional bodybuilding.

Bodybuilder Justyn Vicky lost his life after suffering a horrific mishap in the gym in Bali, Indonesia. The 33-year-old was a popular figure in the local community and offered his expertise as a personal trainer and diet coach.


According to Bali Discovery, the incident took place at The Paradise Gym on Saturday morning, July 15. Vicky attempted to squat 180-kg (396.8-kg). He struggled to complete the exercise and fell to the front. The barbell rolled a bit forward on his shoulders, resulting in his neck and head snapping forward. Although he had a spotter behind him, it didn’t help. The spotter also didn’t appear to be in an ideal position to help with this accident.

Justyn Vicky (age: 33, 1990 – July 15, 2023) was an Indonesian bodybuilder and personal trainer with an impressive fanbase on social media. He was quite popular among youth due to his impressive physique. Vicky participated in numerous bodybuilding competitions and won many of them.


Sadly on July 15, 2023, he passed due to an accident which happened when he was lifting 210kg. Reportedly the barbell that he was lifting broke his neck. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition, where doctors did their best but could not save him.


Vicky’s early demise is a shock to the Indonesian bodybuilders. His death left a hole in the bodybuilding industry that cannot be filled.


How Did Justyn Vicky Die?


On July 15, 2023, tragedy struck when Vicky was training at The Paradise Bali gym in Sanur, Indonesia. During a squat press exercise, a barbell weighing more than 450 lbs. accidentally fell on his neck.


This catastrophic incident resulted in a broken neck and critical compression of vital nerves connected to his heart and lungs.


The East Java, Indonesia native was rushed to the hospital, where he underwent emergency surgery, but died shortly afterwards.


In July 5, Vicky had posted an earlier video illustrating the squat, to audio that called it “one of the most dangerous” exercises that “done properly, which it seldom is, a barbell squat need not be all that dangerous…done properly, a barbell squat is capable of producing degrees of muscle mass increase that cannot be produced by any other exercise…it’s dangerous as hell.”


A nutrition and weight-loss coach as well as a bodybuilder, Vicky had nearly 30,000 followers on Instagram, having soared to popularity with his photos and workout videos. While ParadiseBali has kept the comments section unavailable for the public, the fans poured out their hearts on Vicky’s last Instagram reel. “…It’s a tough loss but we’ll keep his spirit alive,” “…you will always be remembered,” was what everyone is going through at the moment. Fans have taken out their time to express their hearts after the dreadful incident. The Paradise Bali, the gym where Justyn was a regular trainer, paid a heartfelt tribute to him on their official Instagram handle. “Justyn was more than just a fitness expert; he was a beacon of inspiration, motivation, and unwavering support,” they wrote.
