Two (2) family members of ADC (Aide-de-camp) to Ibrahim Attahiru, Major Lawal Hayat, have penned open heart-felt tributes to their late brother.
At the late hour of Friday, May 21, 2021, it was reported that late Lawal Hayat, Ibrahim Attahiru and 9 others had died in a Beachcraft 350 aircraft, which crashed at Kaduna International Airport.
After the crash, it was reported that Major Lawal Hayatu was also one of them. His in-law and nephew took to their various Twitter pages to pen their heart-felt messages to him. Their messages read:
@Dawisu (In-law): “Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Ilaihirrajiun. The ADC to late COAS (Hayat) Is married to my niece, he was also on the plane that crashed. May their gentle souls rest in peace and May Allah give the family the fortitude to bear the lose, amin. What a tragic news.”
@Usman Aliyu Hayatu (Nephew): “Inna lillahi wa Inna Ilaihi Raaji’uun!
This life is very fickle, and scary!
My nephew Maj Lawal Aliyu Hayat who was ADC to the COAS has also died in the plane crash.”
