Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Avatar: The Last Airbender is coming to Netflix on February 22, 2024.

Avatar: The Last Airbender live-action will arrive in 2024.

Back in June 2023, we got our first-look at Netflix’s live-action series at their TUDUM event in Brazil, introduced by none other than the quarter of main stars which teed up their exciting first look teaser.

Since then, we’ve had another update from Netflix on 17th October 2023, with some beautiful first-look stills at some of the cast as well as our first release window. As soon as we have more detailed information, we’ll update this page.

Water Tribe. Earth Kingdom. Fire Nation. Air Nomads. These four nations are the focal points of Avatar: The Last Airbender, a legendary story that’s being reimagined in a live-action series. In June, the show’s stars — Gordon Cormier, Kiawentiio, Ian Ousley, and Dallas Liu — unveiled an exciting first look at their faithfully realized characters at Tudum: A Global Fan Event in Brazil. Thousands of fans erupted after seeing the first shots of Aang, Katara, Sokka, and Zuko.

“Avatar: The Last Airbender live action I feel like is going to bring everything you know and love about the original series back to life,” said Cormier, who plays the show’s titular hero, when he and his co-stars took the stage at Tudum. “And hopefully [it will] just bring a bunch of new fans who have never heard [of] the show before into this universe, and to me that’s pretty exciting. I’m a fan of the show personally, and I’m just excited for this as you guys are.”
