Armenia prepares to arrest Putin on ICC warrant
The Rome Statute of the ICC will be ratified by Armenia “in full”, the republic’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said. According to him, the relevant “political decision” has been made and will not be changed.
The Russian Foreign Ministry said that Moscow considers Yerevan’s plans to join the Rome Statute of the ICC unacceptable against the backdrop of the warrants against the Russian leadership.
