Nollywood actor, Gideon Okeke, has slammed internet fraudsters who think the end SARS protest is done because of them. He’s boldly telling them that the end SARS isn’t for them rather for the innocent souls who were killed by FSARS.
The actor has taken to his Instagram page to tell scammers to stay off from the end SARS protest because it’s not for them. He advises them to go home, seek forgiveness from their victims, stay off fraudulent activities and become decent citizens with legal jobs.
He also told the internet fraudsters that once Nigerians are done fighting to end SARS, they will also fight to end Cybercrime.
“Dear Yahoo boys and girls, I hope you know that this fight is not for you, I hope you know that this is not to support crime but a fight against injustice, I hope you know we are not shouting END SARS just so that you can do your Yahoo freely. I hope you know that we didn’t lose so many lives just so you can grow more in Cybercrime.
Once we are done fighting against injustice, we will also fight against Cybercrime,” Gideon wrote.
He wrote again: “Dear Yahoo boys, before we ALL become SNITCHES…. Please be reminded, that all of this going on, is an offshoot of the choices You made.
Country hard all of us equally, but YOU decided to check out into the FAST LANE. We went to the same schools and were raised on pretty much the same values. What ever the EFF happened along the way?
Why did you decide to go with Dishonest Means? To with end, whom do you think EFCC was created for?
WHEN DID WE ALL BREAK BAD?
Everybody shouting AM I A YAHOO BOY? Who come be Yahoo? Hush-Puppy na dog wey dem catch with SHIT stain for him mouth. But at venues of these protests, SHIT DEY SMELL. Hush is not there but his cousins Are!
The biggest irony is that Yahoo boy at the protest yelling #ENDSARS and fight corruption. This march is not for you o. Go jome, and purge your heart. Call your MAGA for forgiveness, tell yourself the TRUTH, that your choices put Nigeria where it is today. The leaders didn’t try YES, but you have worsened it. Let’s fight for a new Nigeria… With clean hands.
Corruption is not a peculiar Nigerian melanin.
#DoTheRightThing.”
