According to insider Deuxmoi, Anya Taylor-Joy was offered the lead role in the Netflix adaptation of “The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo: A Novel”, but she turned it down.

Deuxmoi wrote: “I need even crumbs on Evelyn Hugo. Any news on the main cast. Anything who for Evelyn and Celia. 

“Have heard that Daisy Jones TV show is coming out March of the next year. So bit of a wait still. Also that Anya Taylor-Joy was offered the main role in the Netflix adaption of Evelyn Hugo but passed. Don’t know if these were both common knowledge already.”
