Sheikh Mushafau Bakare, Chief Imam of Atiba community in Ijebu-Ode has been found dead in his car after he was reportedly kidnapped in Ogun state. (Read More Here).
According to reports, the imam was allegedly kidnapped by unknown assailants on Wednesday at his residence in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State.
After thorough search was done by security operatives, the victim was found dead in his Toyota Highlander parked around Ikangba in Odogbolu Local Government Area of the state.
It was confirmed that his body has been buried today according to Islamic religion rites.
