A San Antonio teen was recently arrested after he was accused of pistol whipping his ex-girlfriend, and stealing her keys and phone. Records claim the incident occurred after the teenager was told he could not go through his ex’s phone. The teen has since been identified as 19 year old Gavin Nestor Tules Guerrero, who was arrested last month on November 22nd.

Upon his arrest, Guerrero was charged with aggravated robbery. Now, according to the arrest report, Guerrero’s ex-girlfriend made a call to police in San Antonio on Sunday, November 20, some time after 10 p.m. The ex claimed that she let Guerrero into her apartment on the Northwest side of San Antonio so that he could look for and gather some clothes and other belongings that he had left behind.

However, when Guerrero entered the his ex-girlfriend’s room, she claimed that he tried to look through her phone, and when she refused to let him do so, he grabbed from the phone from her hand, and then began to struggle over it. The ex-girlfriend also alleges that during the altercation, Guerrero bit her right hand in order to gain control and steal her phone. Things continued to escalate after the victim began to cry. This is when Guerrero allegedly punched the victim in the mouth, told her to be quiet and then pistol whipped her in the head after gaining his belongings.
