Chick-fil-A to expand into the UK, set to open 5 restaurants in 2025.
Popular fast-food restaurant chain Chick-fil-A has plans to expand its footprint in the Valley.
If you can’t get enough of Chick-fil-A, you will soon have more location options and hopefully shorter wait times. The restaurant recently unveiled plans for five new locations that are slated to open in metro Phoenix in 2023.
The metro Atlanta restaurant will have 4 lanes and customers will place their order with a team member or use the mobile app. Additionally, the two-story restaurant will have a kitchen that is twice as large as a typical Chick-fil-A location. And, there will be a conveyor belt to deliver the food from the kitchen to the drive-thru area.
The New York City walk-up restaurant is designed to fit in urban areas with heavy foot traffic.
The exact location of the metro Atlanta restaurant has not been announced. This announcement adds to the growing list of new locations. Last year, the restaurant announced a new location for downtown Phoenix, which is scheduled to open its doors this fall.
There are plans to open another 15 locations in Arizona during the next five years, according to Chick-fil-A. As of May 2023, the Phoenix area has 37 Chick-fil-A locations.
