Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Rodri given a red card after he strangled Morgan Gibbs-White neck during Man City vs Nottingham Forest football game.

The former Atletico Madrid star has established himself as one of Europe’s most consistent number six’s over the last few seasons, even scoring a last-minute winner against the Gunners during the 2021/22 campaign. Last season, City defeated the north Londoners home and away, securing a 3-1 victory at the Emirates Stadium before inflicting a crushing 4-1 defeat upon their title rivals in April.

Manchester City holding midfielder Rodri has received a red card during his side’s Premier League clash against Nottingham Forest. Pep Guardiola’s men raced into an early 2-0 lead at the Etihad Stadium thanks to first-half goals from Phil Foden and Erling Haaland.

But City then went down to ten men in the second period when Rodri was sent off for grabbing the neck of Forest playmaker Morgan Gibbs-White. The Spanish international will now miss the game against Arsenal next month, a huge boost for Mikel Arteta and Co considering how influential he is to Guardiola’s midfield setup.
