Still, it looks as though this upcoming commercial could help these three capitalize on the iconic film.

New mom Lindsay, 37, who announced the birth of her son Luai in July, stepped out in a long sleeve black button down blouse and wide leg gray pants.

The Falling for Christmas star’s long red hair was styled in loose waves.

Amanda, 37, looked business-like in a pair of black pants, a bright pink top and gray blazer with thick soled black ankle boots. In the 2004 film, Lohan, 37, portrayed Cady Heron, a student who had just moved from Africa and was now an outcast at her high school. It was there she was introduced to the seriousness of the social hierarchy as she met teen queen bees Karen Smith (Seyfried), Gretchen Wieners (Chabert), and their leader Regina George (Rachel McAdams) — the trio fiercely known as The Plastics.

The Dropout star’s long blonde hair was blown out straight and she wore camera ready makeup in the bright sun.

She carried a microphone as a prop for the commercial they were shooting on a high school track and football field.

For a different scene, Amanda was dressed in to a short sleeve bright pink dress with a black belt.

She wore flats for comfort as she walked to the set.

Lacey, 41, looked chic in a form hugging sleeveless pink body con dress with neutral tone high heels as she walked past a silver convertible.

The Dancing Detective star’s long dark hair was styled in loose waves.

She too had camera ready makeup and accessorized with a diamond pendant.

It’s been nearly 20 years since Mean Girls, the film that brought them together, was released to audiences. Twenty years after the original film hit theaters, the Mean Girls Musical Movie is debuting.

Tina Fey, who wrote both the original film and Broadway musical, announced the upcoming project in January 2020. The Saturday Night Live alum, 53, also starred in the 2004 comedy as Ms. Norbury, a lovable teacher who at one point is accused of being a “drug pusher.”

McAdams, 44, was not present for the shoot.

The ladies were all smiles and Seyfried, 37, and Chabert, 41, wore what any self-respecting Plastic would wear on a Wednesday — pink!

The fictional Toaster Strudel heiress was seen driving a silver convertible, much like the one from the famous “Get in loser — we’re going shopping” scene from the film.
