Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Lagos state police finally declared Killaboigram wanted over murder of girlfriend, Augusta Onuwabhagbe Osedion.
The Lagos State Police Command, on Tuesday, declared Benjamin Best Nnanyereugo wanted over the murder of his 21-year-old girlfriend Augusta Onuwabhagbe Osedion.
This was made known in a statement signed by the Lagos police spokesperson, Benjamin Hundeyin, and shared on the command’s X (formerly Twitter) handle.
Best was described to be “approximately 5’9 ft tall and hails from Abia State”.
He said, “The Lagos State Police Command hereby declares wanted Benjamin Best Nnanyereugo. Nnanyereugo is suspected to have murdered his girlfriend, 21-year-old Augusta Onuwabhagbe Osedion, on July 13, 2023, in his Oral Estate, Ajah home. Following the exhaustion of all available options to bring him in, he is declared wanted.
In July 2023, Killaboi took to his Instagram page, @Killaboigram_, to disclose that he stabbed his girlfriend, Osedion. This was after the latter was declared missing, and her lifeless body found in the suspect’s residence at Oral Estate in the Ikota area of Lagos State.
In a series of posts, Killaboi said he got into a heated argument with Augusta, stabbed her, and ran away from his Lagos apartment out of fear.
“I want to do the right thing and turn myself in. I will gladly die by paying with my life now,” he wrote. However, two months after the incident, Killaboi is yet to surrender and continues to post on social media, to the disappointment of Osedion’s mother, Onwabhagbe Cordelia, who has sustained a campaign seeking justice for her daughter.
