KCHHS released records concerning the welfare of Nick Rekieta’s children.
The records show Nick & Kayla Rekieta made no legal motion to intervene to get their kids back and haven’t submitted to drug tests.
Also, their 9 year old daughter tested positive for cocaine. Josh Moon’s latest update is that he is 90% certain the document is real. Verification is still underway.

The user who posted the document to KiwiFarms had this to say when being questioned on the doc’s authenticity, claiming while the document isn’t available online, it is available to anyone in person at the Courthouse View public access terminals in any given county courthouse.
