Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that KUSO has confirmed Brian Mwenda Njagi is a Second Year COMRADE from Chuka University Pursuing Criminology..
“The Branch wishes to notify all members of the society and of the public that Brian Mwenda Njagi is not an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, from the Society’s records, neither is he a member of the Branch,” the statement read on X.
The LSK Nairobi Branch also urged anyone who has information about Njagi or any other person masquerading as an advocate to report to the relevant authorities for action.
“Members are encouraged to share any information of any person masquerading as an Advocate for the necessary action,” the statement added.
Kenyan authorities have arrested a fake lawyer, Brian Mwenda, who has falsely been presenting himself as an Advocate of the high court of Kenya.
He argued 26 cases before High Court Judges, Magistrates, and Court of Appeal Judges, however, He won all the 26 cases before his arrest.
