C.I wrote: “Confirmed: Crazy Nairobian is at DCI Headquarters. He is held with three other people. He is very safe. Crazy Nairobian and others being interrogated about who sponsored them to make posts about the protests, and possible plans for Tuesday. They have said they just saw people posting online and joined them.
