Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Spider Man 2 edit remaking Miles Morales’ ‘Leap of Faith’ from Into The Spider Verse.

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 focuses on Peter Parker and Miles Morales as they fight off a litany of villains throughout the Spider-Man universe. As the final act concludes, character arcs end and new ones open. There are also teases that hint at the introduction of new characters, but the jury’s still out on whether they’ll be included in future DLC or in the next Spider-Man game from Insomniac. After taking down Venom, aka Harry Osborne, Miles manages to briefly resuscitate him with his bioelectric powers. However, Harry then falls into a coma. As Norman Osborne is sad and frustrated over his son’s condition, he tells his assistants to prepare the G-Serum. In the comics, Norman is known as the Green Goblin, and given the name of the serum, it’s definitely possible that Spider-Man’s greatest nemesis will make an appearance.

The symbiote is what saved Harry initially, so it’s unclear if Norman will use it on himself or Harry. In the Amazing Spider-Man 2 movie, Harry was the Green Goblin while Sam Raimi’s version of Spider-Man had Norman as the villain—either way is plausible.

The first of those two outfits is the “Forever” suit, which is a clear nod to “Wakanda Forever”. The suit is very much inspired by Black Panther’s MCU design, albeit with a large spider emblem in the middle of Miles’ chest. You can unlock this one simply by progressing through the game, and it’s relatively early on in Miles’ suit collection. Although there are a few suits from the first game and Miles Morales that sadly haven’t made the leap over to the sequel (rest in peace, Spider-Armour), the roster of outfits here is pretty impressive and sure to please most fans. Aside from some of the great new additions for Pete like the aforementioned Amazing Spider-Man 2 suit and the long-awaited Superior Suit, it’s actually Miles Morales who has the most exciting new outfits in the game thanks to two that reference Wolverine and Black Panther.
