Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that De’Aaron Fox at 6’3″ is taller than 98% of people on earth.

Even San Antonio Spurs losses are exciting to watch in the Victor Wembanyama era.

The Spurs lost 129-120 to the Sacramento Kings Friday night as Wembanyama led the team and wowed fans with 27 points.

The Spurs have now lost seven straight games.

De’Aaron Fox matched his career high of 43 points as he led the Kings in the win.

Despite his team’s struggles, Wembanyama impressed fans early. The top pick of the 2023 draft finished the first half with 16 points and three rebounds on 7-of-14 shooting.

Fans were impressed by a last-minute alley-oop, during which Wembanyama’s head nearly collided with the backboard.

While he now leads the league in points per game, the eye test is just as much proof of his dominance. After an All-Star appearance and All-NBA Third Team honors, many wondered if Fox could get better. Well, he did.

The duo of Fox and C Domantas Sabonis has been possibly the most impressive tandem in the league thus far, and the five-game win streak is just the beginning for them. The Kings were 2-3 with Fox sidelined but are 5-1 with him on the court. Fox has proven to be a top point guard in the league, and some could argue, one of the most valuable.

Despite his impressive stretch of games to begin the season, Fox still sits tied for 14th in NBA MVP odds (+7500) via FanDuel Sportsbook. The Kings are first in the Pacific Division and fifth in the Western Conference at 7-4, but if the Kings continue to win and Fox continues to dominate, those MVP odds should skyrocket.
