Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that South African artist, Deep London, is suing Smada after he stole HAMBA WENA sound without credit. 




Taking to social media, popular South African tabloid, M.I.C, revealed that Deep LondonZA is taking legal action against Smada. 


According to information, Smada stole DeepLondon and Boohle song without crediting them. 


The whole situation has caused stirs between South Africans and Nigerians. 

Cynthia wrote: “Smada stole Boohle and Deep Londons’ song (flow, cadence, and the lyrics). Boohle is not credited on this Nigerians’ stolen song. 

Nigerians don’t respect South Africans and their music. This is copyright infringement. It’s highly illegal.” 


Peters: HAMBA WENA Hitmaker @DeepLondonZA announces that he has taken legal action against Nigerian artist @supersmada for copyright infringement as the track Smada EH sounds to be infringing the copyrights of the Viral Hit song By Deep London and vocal talent @BoohleSA.
