Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Reactions as MrBeast took down Deez Nutz branding from Feastables bars.

Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson is a household name, currently standing as YouTube’s most-subscribed independent creator after toppling PewDiePie late last year.

Although he’s best known for his over-the-top videos and jaw-dropping challenges, MrBeast is more than a content creator. In 2022, he famously launched his ‘Feastables’ line of chocolate bars to wide acclaim from fans.

Last week, a federal judge approved a permanent injunction between Dee’s Nuts and Feastables that said the MrBeast-backed company can no longer use the name “DEEZ NUTZ”, or anything else resembling “Dee’s Nuts,” to sell its candy bars.

Details of the settlement between the two companies were not made public, other than what was disclosed related to the injunction. Court documents did state that Feastibles has agreed that “DEEZ NUTZ” is “confusingly similar” to the “Dee’s Nuts” trademark. It’s unclear if the settlement included any monetary damages.

The “DEEZ NUTZ” snack bar is still available for purchase on the Feastables website as of Tuesday for the cost of $29.99 for a 10-pack. The webpage includes a photo of a smiling MrBeast holding one of the candy bars.

In August 2023, MrBeast’s Feastables company got sued by another company based out of Jacksonville, Florida — an outfit named ‘Dee’s Nuts,’ which sells tins of flavored peanuts.

Dee’s Nuts claimed that MrBeast’s ‘Deez Nuts’ chocolate bar was engaging in copyright infringement. “Feastables Inc. has used and continues to use the DEE’S NUTS® registered trademark, or a confusingly similar and phonetically equivalent thereof,” the company wrote in a lawsuit.
