A lot of people will join a gym this month, and will be working on their fitness goals. Planet Fitness partnered with Megan the Stallion and she spoke with People about the importance of her workout routine.
“There are always going to be tough days, but I remind myself that exercise is an investment into my long-term physical and mental health.” the superstar said in regards to finding balance and motivation to workout in her busy life,”I love how working out brings mental clarity and physical energy, so I trust the process and grind it out.”
