Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that 17-year-old boy, Ibrahim Ramadhan Chege, with disability shot dead by Shauri Moyo police officer in Majengo Pumwani.

According to reports, the police who usually extorts peddlers, shot the boy because he had refused to pay, saying he had paused selling drugs for the holy month.

Witnesses claim the victim was an unarmed local, sparking outrage across the neighborhood.
By early Wednesday morning, the unrest had escalated, with angry protesters setting fire to a police vehicle and blocking a key road to Eastleigh with stones and burning tires.
