Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that mother, Kia Kia Williams, after her son killed 2 guys at vape store in Towne Point Road while trying to steal something from his pocket.

𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡, 𝐕𝐚.— On February 23, 2025, Portsmouth police responded to a call about a shooting in the 3500 block of Towne Point Road in Portsmouth, Virginia. Upon arrival, officers found two adult males suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds. Detectives with the Major Crime Unit need the public’s assistance to identify two suspects captured in surveillance footage. The first is a slender black male wearing a black hoodie with a white Nike emblem, a black beanie with white lettering, and faded black skinny jeans with a tear in the knee. The second suspect is a slender black female wearing her hair in two space buns or puffs, a black zip-up hoodie, black sweatpants, and a red purse with red slippers or boots.

This is an active investigation; there are no additional details.
