Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that relative arrest by Reaction Security after trying to rape 1-year-old boy in Durban at a party.

Attempted Rape Of Baby At Birthday Party:  Durban – KZN

A one (1) year old boy who was celebrating his birthday with family was almost raped by a relative in Durban – KZN this morning at approx. 06:38 this morning (Tuesday).

Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) was called out to the home (location withheld) by the child’s mother reporting that she has found her relative naked in her bedroom on top of her baby. Reaction Officers arrving on scene found several woman, including the child’s mother & grandmother assaulting the suspect. When interviewed the mother explained that while getting her daughter ready for school, she had entered  the room to find the man with his clothing off and attempting to rape her son. The relative stayed over after attending the infants birthday party the previous night & requested to use the en-suite bathroom before the incident. According to the mother,  the man was naked from the waist down and had his shirt pulled up to his chest.

Reaction Officers restrained the man when he intimidated the family in their presence. He was then covered with a towel. The man had sustained open wounds to his mouth & face after he was assaulted by several other women on scene.

A man identified himself as the childs father informed Reaction Officers that he is a Policeman & intended on sorting the problem internally with his family. Officers declined and called out the local South African Police Services (SAPS) to register a criminal case.
