Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Residents of Manteuffelstrasse saw an immigrant man holding the hair of a naked girl hanging on a window ledge on 1st floor in Essen.
On Thursday (23 January), residents of Manteuffelstrasse in Essen were alarmed by desperate cries for help. When neighbours looked out of the window, they couldn’t believe their eyes: a naked woman (19) was hanging from a window ledge on the first floor. READ MORE HERE
The police are now investigating a sexual offence. In an interview with RTL, eyewitnesses described the terrifying situation.
When Laura Hartmann heard the cries for help, she immediately checked. “It was terrifying. I didn’t know how to deal with it. A naked woman was hanging from the window and then running away. She even fell down ,” she described the incident to RTL. She immediately called her father for help.
“My daughter actually got me out of the shower. She was just screaming daddy, daddy! A woman jumped out of the window,” said Christian Hartmann, who immediately alerted the police. “There were two other men there who caught the woman when she fell. And yes, she was totally panicked and disoriented and confused,” said the 19-year-old.
