This Monday, November 11, the Louis Vuitton store on Boulevard Saint-Germain (6th arrondissement) was the victim of a robbery, the second in just one month. The burglars attacked the entrance to the store with a ram car and took bags before fleeing. The same modus operandi as the last time, on September 30.
In the heart of Paris, on the very chic Boulevard Saint-Germain, the entrance to the Louis Vuitton store was destroyed . On Monday, November 11, it was 4:30 a.m. when a black Audi crashed into the front door. In less than two minutes, three hooded criminals loaded the vehicle with leather goods and clothing before reversing and fleeing. After chasing the burglars, the police lost track of them at the entrance to the A4 motorway. On Monday 11 November, when they discovered this new burglary, shopkeepers and neighbours were perplexed. “It’s a bit worrying that there isn’t more security in place following what happened last time ,” said a waitress. The amount of the loot is currently being assessed and the criminals are still on the run.
