Bowen attended high school in Clear Lake, graduated from Texas A&M with an engineering degree, and serves as an active lacrosse coach, holding roles across various fields. Outside of work, Bowen enjoys running, camping, painting, and spending time with her dog.
Video has surfaced of a woman yelling at a child with allegations circulating on social media that she is Jordan Sierra Bowen, the organising director of Democrats in Harris County, Texas. Several posts have surface on social media along with the video, where it is being claimed that the woman seen in the video is Bowen.
