Onitsha has become a sad city in Anambra after the terrible incident which happened yesterday. A fuel tanker caused all this. Fire broke out immediately a fuel tanker fell into a drainage(gutter). The tanker exploded and the fire started moving rapidly and uncontrollably from Upper-Iweka to Ochanja for hours. Exactly four hours. Within these hours, no fire-fighters were in sight during the sad incident. After four hours, fire-fighters rushed to the scene from Delta state. For hours, no fire-fighters came from Anambra. “What’s going on with the fire-fighters in Anambra?” “Why take too long to appear in a scene and help?” Many Nigerians are also asking these questions.
Many properties were lost. Lives were also lost. A mother and her child also lost their lives along with another victim.
The identity of the woman who got burnt along with her child has been revealed. Her name is Ify.
Many Nigerians are sad and seriously angry at Anambra government. Most Nigerians are already attacking the governor of Anambra state, Wille Obiano. Alot of people lost properties worth millions. Celebrities such as: Ebuka(bigbrother Naija host) and Angela(Nollywood actress) have spoken about the sad incident Which happened in Anambra state last night(16th Oct,2019).
