Beyoncé’s recent interview with Good Morning America (GMA) has made us nod our heads in agreement with her utterances.




Beyoncé’s visual album, titled, Black Is King, drops tonight AST (American Standard Time). She worked with great African artistes, such as: Shatta Wale, Yemi Alade and others.


Black Is King will officially be released for streaming on Disney Plus (+). In her recent interview with the Good Morning American, Beyonce revealed how the journey of her visual album started.





According to her, the journey for the creation of her visual album started from her backyard from her house to Johannesburg to Ghana to London to Belgium and finally to Kenya. 


Here are the few words she said: “Black Is King is finally here. Now, I am so excited that you guys gat to watch it tonight on Disney +. It’s been a year in the making. I worked with the diversified group of very gifted directors, actors and creators from all the world to reimagine the story of the Lion King. The narratives revolve through the music videos, fashion, dance and beautiful natural settings. It all started from my backyard from my house to Johannesburg to Ghana to London to Belgium to the grand Kenya. It was truely a journey to bring this film to live… “
