A mobile court in Abuja has fined singer, Azeez Fashola, popularly known as, Naira Marley N200,000 for breaking the social distancing order on June 13, 2020.
Naira was charged with four counts, and they are:
1. Breaking the social distancing order.
2. Attending a concert breaching restriction order on social gathering.
3. Not using a face mask.
4. Violating interstate travel ban in June.
Recall that on June 13, 2020, Naira Marley flew to Abuja for a concert, thereby breaching restriction order on social gathering. Yesterday, he was arraigned by Lagos State Special Offences (mobile) Court, Oshodi at exactly 3:30 pm.
Today, he was tried by an Abuja mobile court at Eagles Square for four counts along with his manager.
