Hollywood singer and actress, Selena Gomez, has finally showed off her scar after years of her kidney transplant. Recall in 2017, Selena Gomez had a kidney transplant due to complications from Lupus.
Taking to her Instagram page, Selena Gomez say she’s free and confident as she shows off her scar from her kidney transplant. Selena got a new kidney from her bestie, Francia Raisa.
Wondering where the scar is? – It’s on her right leg, which she placed on the rock in the photo.
“When I got my kidney transplant, I remember it being very difficult at first showing my scar. I didn’t want it to be in photos, so I wore things that would cover it up. Now, more than ever, I feel confident in who I am and what I went through..and I’m proud of that. T – Congratulations on what you’re doing for women, launching @Iamariette whose message is just that… All bodies are beautiful,” Selena wrote.
