1. Full chicken ties
2. 1 big onion
3. 1 scotch bonnet
4. 1 tbsp thyme
5. Sunflower oil or vegetable oil
6. 1 tbsp curry powder
7. 1 tbsp nutmeg powder
8. 3 Bay leaves
9. 1 ginger root
10. 6 garlic cloves
11. Chicken seasoning
12. Salt
