Ingredients used:
1. 3 lbs. Oxtails
2. 1/2 tsp clove
3. 1 tsp dry thyme
4. 3 bay leaves
5. 2 Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
6. 1 tsp oregano
7. 114 tsp cumin
8. 3 garlic cloves
9. 2 tbsps chicken seasoning
10. 2 medium size carrot
11. 1 large onion
12. 6 dry chilli peppers
13. Corn tortillas
14. 3 tbsps cilantro
15. 1/2 red bell pepper
