Ghanaian food vlogger, Nanaaba’s Kitchen, has dropped a new video on how to prepare or make or fry Crispy Fried Seafood and Banku fest.
In the video, she took us through a step by step process on how to prepare or make the Best Crispy Fried Seafood and Banku. A must try recipe.
Ingredients used:
1. Assortment of miniature fish and squid tentacles, seafood used in this recipe – (1 lbs each of white pomfret, trevalley fish, tiger Boris fish, lady carp)
2. Seasoning mix – salt to taste, 1 tsp all purpose seasoning or 1 chicken bouillon cube, 1/2 tsp black pepper)
3. Oil for deep frying
