Hollywood rapper, Tanya Onika Maraj, popularly known as, Nicki Minaj, has been thrown into mourning mood after losing her father yesterday. According to reports, Mr. Robert Maraj was killed in a hit and run accident.
Nicki Minaj is officially yet to say something about the passing away/the death of her father. Recall years ago, Nicki Minaj told the world the horrible things her father did to her and her mother. He once set their house on fire, leaving her mother alone in the burning house.
According to TMZ, Nassau County Police in New York say the rapper’s father was hit by a vehicle while he was walking on the road in Mineola on Long Island, on Friday evening, February 12.
Police stated that the driver then fled the scene without a meaningful description from witnesses. Following the accident, Robert was taken to an area hospital in critical condition, where he succumbed to his injuries and passed on Saturday, February 13.
Police say they are currently investigating the case and seeking for the public’s help in identifying the driver of the car. Late Mr. Robert died at the age of 64.
