This is wickedness and it’s painful to behold. A Nigerian man, Clinton Hyno, had to slide into our D.M (Direct Message) to complain about the painful experience he had at GTBank today. According to him, he says the transaction a sender (name withheld) did from Kuda Bank to his GTBank was successful; but he hasn’t received alert since Friday. 




Mr. Clinton Hyno furthered as he shared a screenshot of his conversation with Kuda Bank, confirming that the transaction of N150K was successfully sent. Clinton says he was at GTBank Headquarters in Abuja today – GTBank headquarter in Abuja area 3 for 7 hours.


After spending such hours of going in and coming out of the aforementioned bank (GTBank), the issue wasn’t still resolved. Mr. Clinton says the N150K isn’t his. The money belongs to someone else and he needs to send the person the N150K ASAP. He’s currently in pains, because he’s trying to avoid problems with the person he owes the N150K. 


Narrating his horrible experience at GTBank today, Mr. Clinton wrote:


“150k was sent from Kuda bank to gtbank since on Friday. Kuda bank said the money was successful which gtbank accept. But the money is not in my account. Since on Friday oh. I went to bank today (Tuesday). Spent more than 7 hours. Not yet resolved. No place to sit. I spent like 3 hours outside like this. Gtbank is responsible for this frustration. I can’t imagine sitting outside like that.”


Below is the screenshot of Clinton and Kuda Bank’s conversation on Friday. In the screenshot, Kuda Bank confirmed that the money was successfully sent to GTBank.
