Nollywood actress, Ashabi Ayantunde aka Iya Ife has passed away.
She died in Ile Ife, Osun state on Sunday evening, April 11 after a brief illness. She was said to have fallen ill and rushed to Ile-Ife, Osun State where she died.
Last week, a popular veteran actor, Bruno Obinna Iwuoha, died after a prolonged battle with diabetes. This year is becoming unbearable with lots of deaths everywhere, from Nigeria down to foreign countries.
The world is still mourning the likes of Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Philip, who died at 99 and legendary rapper, DMX, whho died at the age of 50.
